“There’s nowhere to be safe,” said 19-year-old Kimyahtta Morris, center, after paramedics performed CPR on 21-year-old Benjamin Corbridge Willard after a shooting Tuesday. Police responded to the alley between Francis street and Chittock avenue near Morrell street around 8 p.m. “I’m scared for me and my family,” the Jackson resident who lives on Francis said. Willard died after the shooting and police are looking for 17-year-old Kadeem Dennis White of Jackson for the shooting.
